The Social Science Division Interdisciplinary Hubs aim foster institutional and international collaborations selected via a competitive call funded through the John Fell Fund.
OSGA hosts:
- Oxford Ukraine Hub – led by Dr Zbig Wojnowski, launched in 2024
- The Hub on Global Experiences of Gender in an Age of Care Crises and Transformation – led by Professor Rachel Murphy, launched in 2022
- The International Multimodal Communication Collaboration Hub – led by Dr Anna Wilson, launched in 2021
The Hubs aim to bring together and catalyse interdisciplinary communities within their subject areas both across the University and beyond. By organizing a variety of activities, such as workshops and seminar, the Hubs connect researchers from the University of Oxford with external partners and collaborators. This initiative combines expertise from various fields, enhancing researchers' readiness to pursue significant external research funding in the future.
